Aww my back has been killing me today started at about 5 I probably pulled a muscle or something but I don't know how to get rid of it don't want to assume it's anything serious 😬😳.

Any suggestions??

Good advice thanks! It's kind of hard when I've hardly ever got gas hoping to have one tomorrow lol

I suffer from a bad back if I have not been drinking enough water, dehydration is the cause of a lot of back pain

Best thing for a bad back is move around x

A gentle walk every day is what my osteopath recommended when I had sciatic pain. It helped a lot. I hope it'll do the trick for you too.
