Pain on left back and front while taking deep breath

I had angioplasty four months ago.since then I had been to A and E twice for aches and pains.Every time they blood test,ECG and X-rays.Everything normal,I was told.For the last 3 weeks I was having mild pain on the left side of upper front chest and on back in shoulder blade.I feel it when i breathe of take deep breath.I also had raised BP as wel on and off.Two days ago it worse following a gentle walk of 50 minutes.It has been almost 48 hours now without any change.I spoke to 111 and they referred me to a duty GP who told me that it is just muscle pain.I am confused ?

I had similar aches and pains for three months after my angioplasty, I clearly remember the one when breathing in very deeply and filling my lungs.In time the pains all disappeared.

You said you did a walk two days ago, was it hot?

I did a Fitsteps class around 3 months after my HA and angioplasty on a hot day.....I felt dreadful for around 36 hours.

I knew my body could cope with the class but the class and heat combined was too much for me.

Like you I was readmitted into hospital after my angioplasty due to chest pains.....the cardiologist said that my heart was still bruised from the procedure, hence the pains I was experiencing.

Many thanks for your encouraging words.I am much better today.Pain is still there and BP is slightly higher 160/94 .Just waiting GP,s phone call for medication review.

Many thanks.I didn't use GTN SPRAY.Paracetemol is helping.Much better today.
