Just a general thing, as the summer arrives we still don’t know when we will be open and able to treat patients.
Each year around this time as I run a dental practice, I make many appointments for my husband’s patients who have chipped, broken or cracked a tooth on:
Olive stones,
peach plum nectarine stones
cherry stones
granola and seeded bread.
If you have a tooth that is slightly dodgy avoid the above or cut the fruit up instead.
Take care.

An olive stone did for one of my teeth. Interestingly the filling stayed in place so no pain, just very little enamel. Good job really as we were in Jordan at the time.
Great advice in the circumstances. I got a tooth cracked by a cherry stone a couple of years back and it caused problems until the dentist managed to sort it.
I’ve chipped a tooth on pork crackling, cracked a couple on seeded bread, lost a filling to a crusty roll, and another to a liquorice all sort and ended up with a crown on a post..now also gone...at almost 70 I suppose I’m lucky I’ve still got some of my own teeth left...lol
