As always, if you are worried about a new onset of chest pain, please phone 999. If you are considering whether to use GTN or not and are asking the question, that's enough concern to contact 111 for further advice. Do not delay seeking treatment waiting for a response
It never pays to assume. Try the GTN, if it doesn't work, contact 111
