I don't really have a question, I just wanted to say thank you for all your lovely support and messages yesterday and today.
Although it's still a shock, I'm feeling better about the future. I always thought I was a healthy, apart from a bit overweight and asthmatic, I started couch to 5k a couple of months ago and I've been regularly doing a 5k as well as being on slimming world.
I'm a history teacher in a busy secondary school so as much as I try to not to get stressed its not easy.
My Mum is Spanish and she's very domineering and she drives me crazy, and currently treating me like a child (kinda enjoying it at the moment) she's looked up loads of recipes and although its her birthday today she's batch cooking me loads of meals.
I've got an appointment with the cardiac rehabilitation team Thursday where I'll ask about when I can start running again. (I know it will take time) and an appointment tomorrow with my cardiologist, where I will make sure I ask lots of questions
Sorry for rambling on

Clever young lady teaching History even though I can imagine stressful but maybe your School will support you knowing what you have been through in helping ease that stress , I hope so
What can I say , your Mum might be domineering but I think Mums are and if you do not want those meals I will take them of your hands
Seriously I know it will fee annoying at times but enjoy it just smile to yourself , I lost my Mum some years ago and no matter what you miss them and their meals
My Dad was a history teacher and I copied him, I was a Daddies girl. Me and Mum haven't always gotten on. I lost my Dad a few years ago so I became closer to Mum despite her driving me mad I do love her.
I got a big bunch of flowers from the school today.
Ha ha she'd love to cook for everyone if you let her (I was born in Newcastle, I'm a bit of a mixed breed. Mum's Spanish, Dad's Scottish, I was born in Newcastle and now live in Oxford)
