Before I found out I had blockages I used to sometimes get a fleeting left arm psin lasting no more than 10-15 seconds, then after I got my stent I didn’t notice this pain but then a couple of times it css as me back until in April last year when I got the pain I took myself to a&e as I also had a bit of chest pain so they did another angiogram and everything was all ok and nothing had changed since I had my stent… I still had a 40-60% blockage in my left circumflex it hadn’t got any bigger so I kind of told myself that how could that left atm psin be heart related then if there was no problems in my arteries? Fast forward to the past few weeks and the atm pain is back but more frequent now… it happens at any time not just when I’m doing something which is confusing… I had a bit of a pain as well in my chest too tonight but it feels near the surface if that makes sense? Do u think this could be heart related or not? I never know what to do in this situation please help ty

First thing Monday please call your GP. It could be a pinched nerve or muscle related if it feels 'on the surface' but it could be heart related . By last April I assume you mean April 2021 so that is 18 months ago and circumstances change.
Dear Buffy6956
So sorry that you are suffering so, its almost impossible for anyone to give you a definite answer to your question and without worrying you { which you already are in asking } then yes it could be heart related along with many other things.
Please contact someone and explain your symptoms and follow their guide { 111 } what ever this is it is not normal for you and only you really know your body, please never worry about going to A&E or phoning 111, they are the professionals and will help you.
You don't say if you use a GTN spray and if that has been any help.
At the end of the day you have worries { founded or unfounded } that need to be addressed.
