I can’t believe how time flies, i am now 2 years post 1st bypass surgery which means 2 years of no smoking. All going good now, adapting to lifestyle changes, still working on the ambulances and enjoying life.

Wishing everyone well, for those going for surgery , have faith, keep strong and wishing you a speedy recovery.

Two years of no smoking, that's absolutely massive.

Massive in terms of health benefits and massive in terms of your personal determination and discipline.

Good for you Jessie, here's hoping you enjoy many more active years ahead...you certainly deserve them.

Good luck!

Hello :-)

You have done really well and so pleased for you :-)

Thank you for getting back to work to and helping so many others what would we do without people like you :-)

You have come a long way and should be so proud :-) x

Well done Smudgebuttonjessie 👏👏👏. That smoking thing is really hard (from personal experience 🤭) but well worth the effort. I'm 2 years too and feeling food. Thanks for your post.
