One year today

Just wanted to thank all on here for their support this last year, it’s exactly 1 year today I had my triple bypass and I’m feeling great. Many ups and downs along the way but now living life to the full. Have a great weekend everyone 🥳

Congratulations! I'm coming up to my fourth bypass anniversary and I can tell you that those amazing feelings of vitality and wellness just keep going! We owe such a debt to our wonderful doctors and nurses.

As long as we take our meds and maintain those life-style changes then we can be back here celebrating our ten year anniversaries and our twenty year anniversaries!

I am also celebrating exactly the same on August 10th (I’ll never forget that day) . It has given me that second chance and I have never taken it for granted and thankful every day for the wonderful work of the surgeons.

Really pleased that you are one year post op and are celebrating life being good for you. That's all we want.....a life with some normality after the upheaval and shock of a heart incident or diagnosis. Stay positive and enjoy feeling better. 👍 X
