It’s a year to the day since I was admitted as an emergency to hospital with heart failure and respiratory failure. All caused by a virus! My EF was 20%. Had CRTD fitted in August and not looked back. My EF is now 39% and feel great. Did a 5 mile walk today through Bulmers Cider Orchards, in full bloom. Wonderful. Every day is a blessing. I feel great and optimistic about the future. They gave me 50/50 chance of living a year! And as I said then, I will be in the 50% living group! xx

Amen to that Billie. It's really good to hear something so inspiring. I'm betting you have the opportunity for plenty more long walks. Never underestimate the power of being positive!
