One year on

It's one year on today since I had my heart attack while on holiday in Spain. Happy to say I am all mended now and don't require any more treatment other than medications for now, Thanks to cardiac teams in Spain, Halifax and Huddersfield and not forgetting a great family and friends. This site as helped me so much, thank you all for being here. Keep well and stay safe.

I too had HA this bank holiday Monday but it will be the 1st anniversary on Wednesday .

Apart from the Lockdown

My BHF are doing the circuit training 3 times a week on Zoom so am doing that and walking on other days .

Not as much as I had hoped but that's due to another illness

It will be nice to get back to normal

Hi I had my gall bladder removed in March and I thought that might put me back again, but it was fine and I am going from strength to strength. Hope you are well by the time this lock down is over and you can get out again. Sending love to you.

Hi Adaboo, I have a friend who had a life threatening illness, every time I rang to see how he was he would say I am still above ground, after my heart attack I knew just what he meant so I borrowed his saying for this site.
