Microvascular angina is not usually considered to be a type of unstable angina.
I live with refractory vasospastic angina. Which can become unstable and I need admitting to hospital.
I have to get a fit to fly letter from my GP as I use oxygen during flights.
I use either Staysure or Avanti.
