Pacemaker check

Had my yearly pacemaker check this week, and as part of the check the PM was turned down to see if my heart would help at all, she stopped trying at 40bpm, and decided that my heart didn't want to play !

So I'm paced probably 95% of the time ( or more)

I guess this is partly why after starting C25K back last summer, that I still can't run, my fitness is slightly better, as rather than run I fast pace walk, but, I'm still slightly disappointed that I can't run, but, equally grateful for what I can do. I still struggle to walk up hills, but, I persevere. The 3 dogs keep me going x

I don't really have a question as such, but, any advice would be great.

Can't help I'm afraid except to say your dogs are absolutely beautiful. That photo makes me want to paint them.

A very different breed. Here's my girl. I've had this breed for 59 years now. National dog of Norway and the reason I am learning Norwegian. They may not be a medical treatment but they've done far more for me my whole life than any tablets ever have. (Click to see her pride and joy- her tightly curled tail.

Hope you have an outdoor shower! LOL. Didn't you know, mud is this year's big fashion statement? Luckily mine walks round puddles
