Keloid scar
4 years is a long time to suffer! Bio Oil is good for softening scars, and also silicone gel sheet which you can buy. You can't use both though, one or the other. You cut a strip to cover the scar and tape it onto the scar. Have two or three strips, so you change it every day, and wash the used piece. It helps to flatten the scar and become more flexible. The girl who had acid thrown in her face wore a silicone mask for years to treat her scars-Katy Price?
Think you mean Katie Piper.
Thank you, do you know where i can buy the silicone straps please
Sorry I meant the silicone gel sheets 🤭

Many years ago my caesarean scar was keloid after it healed and the GP told me i could have a steroid injection into it to sort it out. I’m afraid I can’t say how effective that approach is as I had another caesarean and the surgeon gave me a nice tidy scar instead. I’m not suggesting further surgery as a way to sort it out, but maybe see your GP.
