Still chest pain after echocardiogram
Dear Radars,
I cannot think for the life of me why your sister should have any pain on having an echocardiogram.
The treatment involves slight multiplication of the body { normally on one side } a good dollop of conductive gel { warmed if they are being kind } and the movement of the scanner head over certain key areas of the chest.
Maybe she hurt herself getting on or off the bed?
Whatever the reasons I wish her a speedy recovery.
Take care
No its not pain because of echocardiogram, its that she still has the chest pain that she had before echocardiogram.
Oh I do beg your pardon, I read your post wrong.
She needs to get those answers from her GP /heart team, it seems that there needs to be further investigations.
Maybe the results from the echocardiogram will help.
Take care
Thanks ,results from echocardiogram was she's ok,but she's still getting chest pains, maybe her diabetes and that's why they have kept her on medication.
I am thinking of you both and hope the two of you have better health soon.
An echo won’t show if she has any coronary disease (which is normally what cause pain). The state of her coronaries will show on a mri or ct scan and then investigated with a catheter. Please ask your sister to go back to the doctor, as soon as possible and demand to be heard, chest pain is not to be brushed off the carpet.
And even if the pain is caused by her diabetes drugs, those will have to be reconsidered I guess.
