I am just wondering if it is genuine.
Has anyone else received this? - British Heart Fou...
Has anyone else received this?
Yes. I have just received it. Doubt it is genuine .
It has been constructed to make you believe it has come from BHS
I did at first,it does look quite genuine
Hello
Sometimes HU ask us if we will do surveys and as this one does not look genuine it want's reporting to HU as I am sure they will want to know and put a stop to it
Glad you posted it so others that may get one will see it is not genuine x
Thanks for your reply I am not sure how to report it but I will look into it. if it was genuine it is the type of survey I would do as it looks like the type of thing I had but there is just something about it that didn't ring true.It makes you wonder what exactly they would hope to gain if it was filled out ! Char
I know it is a worry and so many on HU in different Communities that may have had it and thought it was genuine It is amazing what they can do with a few private details x
Yes received it this morning looks very iffy, think maybe a scam!
I must see how to report it x
That's great the BHF must have seen it.I will delete it now x
Yes. Deleted it straight away.
Yes have received it as well not answering it. Had a text from NHS about covid pass as well so unfortunately filled in details until got to part where it said it would be 4.99 and wanted my card details. Immediately rang Gp who said they would warn practise manager absolute scum.
I received it, was slightly puzzled, and deleted it, but my scam-detection skills clearly need boosting! Thanks, Thanksnhs, for the alert. You're clearly right, since any genuine request would be transparent about exactly where it is coming from, and this was anything but.
It's the first one I have seen that looked like it was from the BHF it's awful people doing this.at first I thought it was a real survey and I was going to take part thinking I might be of help.it just makes you angry char
Had it actually been from BHF, I know that it would have been much clearer about the aims of the study, from the outset. And, as others have said, $$$s would not have come up - indeed, I doubt any payment would have been mentioned before an explanation of exactly what commitment is being asked for.
I received it, and replied in no uncertain words that it was a scam, Our email details must have been stolen.
I received it, just skimmed over quickly, and noticed the $, it puzzled me...left it be...as I was in a hurry. So, thank you for posting this!!!! I also need to sharpen my scam radar, like JulianM 🤔
So, I have deleted it just now!!
I've had several scam texts up to now, all usually re: parcel which needs to be paid for, from 'Royal Mail', 'Hermes',and others...never ever click on the link in blue!!!
But this one on HU did look genuine 😱 one really has to be very vigilant these days!
I'm starting to feel like a participant in Squid Game on Netflix I've started to watch...🤔🤣
Another tip if in any doubt. Check all spelling. In this case healthunlocked.com has a capital H capital U. This is a common sign that it is a made up web page.
Scam 100%
I had it also but deleted it. They must be targeting people with real health problems somehow?
Similar. We’ve obviously had our information pinched from the genuine site here!
Would be nice to receive an explanation comment/ apologies from the administrators and/ or BHF.
I've done it and got my voucher. You can choose from a selection of retailers, I chose Tesco and received £18.39 ($25) on an e-voucher or print it off.
The last one I did I got £25 for M&S.
The info requested is not very personal so I had no worries completing it.
