Concerned about medication mix and dosage

Hi. I am wondering if anyone has experience of this mix of medication - it had been changed and juggled since STEMI end of last year and stents and micro vascular angina I’m currently on : Ramipril, ivabradine, isosorb mononitrate (3 times a day), clopidogrel, ranozoline ( 750 mg twice a day) , amlodopine, aspirin, lanzoprolole and GTN spray ( which I’m now having to use everyday again after several weeks of some improvement ). I was on a statin as well but had to be taken off even low dose due to really high LFT

With all this, and 9 months post HA I’m feeling down with the intermittent chest pain and now breathlessness with certain minor physical activities - walking ok and up to 12000 steps sometimes but I was doing much more 3 months after HA.

My blood pressure can range from 180/110 to 98/68 over course if day.

Anyone with similar issues? Ideas? Sorry just a bit fed up

How was your Microvascular angina diagnosed?

Both microvascular and vasospastic angina are complex conditions.

It can take a while to get the right combination of medication to manage these conditions.

I was originally presumed to have microvascular dysfunction until I had the appropriate tests. The tests confirmed I have vasospasms in my small and large blood vessels.

The treatment for microvascular angina due to microvascular dysfunction rather than vasospasms is different.

I suggest you ask for your medication to be reviewed by a Cardiologist experienced in caring for patients with microvascular angina.
