Hello. I'm back from a long haiku break and am looking for creative contributions from heart patients once again, this time on the subject of "Medical Spaces and Places". That might be your GP surgery, pharmacy, hospital ward/waiting room/car park, or the inside of an MRI scanner. Any location where you receive any medical care for your heart, I want to hear about it. Selected contributions (usually all contributions, space allowing) will be compiled into a free-to-download zine.
Just one important point to be aware of before you start writing: please don't identify exact locations/members of staff - we want to know how your GP surgery makes you feel, NOT where your GP surgery is!
Full details (including what a haiku is) are available on the blog (heartytalescouk.wordpress.c... and I can't wait to see what you guys come up with!
Please submit your haiku in the comments on that blog post rather than in replies here. Thanks

Still plenty of time to submit a haiku (or any very short creative writing) about Medical Spaces & Places if you would like to be included in the FREE collaborative patient zine this month. Visit the link below to find out more, to take part or to read the fabulous submissions we've already received. I don't think anybody has written about an MRI scanner yet...?
I'll be putting the zine together some time this week (probably) so last chance if you want to contribute a Heart Haiku about Medical Spaces & Places! Just leave your haiku as a comment on the original blog post if you'd like to be included - heartytalescouk.wordpress.c...
Thanks so much to everyone who has written something so far and I'll let you all know when the zine is available for free download
