Walking up the hill taking my daughter to school the last couple of days I’ve been getting more out of breath than usual, it’s a really really steep hill , worse still this morning and this afternoon I had to slow down to get my breath back a bit, I also
felt a bit dizzy for a few minutes. Last time I felt like this was the week before Christmas , a few days before I was rushed to hospital with a racing heart and spent a week on CCU with pericarditis and an effusion. 2 weeks ago I had the results of my echo scan from January , the fluid has all reabsorbed . Just a bit concerned how I was feeling .

You need to report this to your cardiologist. It's possibly 'normal' fatigue after recovery from pericarditis - but it could also indicate a relapse. Your cardiologist needs to know what's going on so he/she can take measures if warranted.
You wrote in an earlier post (yesterday?) you're still on Colchicine so it's easy to assume you should be feeling much better (especially now you've had a clear echo), you'll want to remind your medic you're on (insert dosage and timing here) so an adjustment, if deemed appropriate, can be ordered.
I've been avoiding inclines and stairs for decades now thanks to the consequences of recurrent pericarditis, you may want to avoid those things at least until you've spoken with your medic.
Long hard slog, recovering from pericarditis, considering what you've been through, it might take months more before you wake up one morning and realise you actually really do feel back to normal.
Please keep us updated, I wish you the very best whilst patting you on the virtual shoulder knowing just exactly what you're going through right now
Thank you so much for your reply , I am still on 2 colchicine a day , it’s really helpful hearing from someone who knows how I’m feeling, there are so many unknowns with this illness .
Hi its exactly like me months after pericarditus had a funny turn now and again but I calm myself down with deep breath which seems to help me but small slopes can put me out of breath and I am a keen cyclist and karate instructor for 35 years but am getting slowly better
