Just an update

Today, I am 5 months past surgery. I just want to thank everyone for their encouraging words and helpful advice. In January I was not able to dress myself and had only started to walk slowly about 50 meters and now I walk 3.5k to the gym and back and work out for half an hour 3 x a week. The other days in the week I do a shorter walk and my stretches. Yes, my legs still feel funny, I occasionally feel nauseous instead of tired and my chest still hurts, but every day feels a little better. Thanks to you all and enjoy the sun shine!! 🌞
