Hi lovely wise peeps just want some advice really. Recently visited HF Nurse and she has cut me loose due to covid and under staffing. She wants me to stay on middle dose entestro. Can this still improve Ef?, or do you need to be on max for any benefit. This forum is so useful. Thanks for any reply.

Thank you. I seem to be tolerating it quite well but no marked improvement yet. Hoping they will increase it at a future date.

I was on middle dose now on highest dose only thing i noticed was the feeling of being drained all the time at first now not half as bad been on it since september 2020
