Tooth extraction/ Triple bypass!!

Hi everyone, hope things are going ok over the Christmas period.

Just wondered if anyone has had issues with their dentist not being keen to take a tooth out when you have had a triple bypass?

I’ve been in so much pain over Xmas, taken some antibiotics etc which has not made any difference. Got in touch with a Dentist through 111, very understanding but would not even consider taking tooth out without letter from surgeon stating what I’ve had done and that it’s safe for the dentist to do it.

Just wondered how anybody else has had the same issue?

I'm going on 31st at 9.25am for an extraction. Had a triple bypass and new aortic valve in 2014. Also No spleen, had Hodgkins in 1973 and a pneumothorax in 1996. Follow doctor's and dentist's advice
