Tooth out tomorrow yey

How exciting an afternoon out having my tooth out....... NOT ....my crown came off at the beginning of lockdown, it’s been aching on and off, even though I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist I’ve finally been given the go ahead 🥴🥴 it does help my dentist is rather pleasing to the eye 😃

Weird as it sounds I’m looking forward to getting it out and stop the ache.

It’s been such a week medically and I’m away from home for a few days helping out.

Love it here but missing my dog like crazy, should go home thurs/Friday.

Went for an even longer walk yesterday, I tried having the GTN spray before I left and that helped a lot, started off feeling more like myself for a little while, paying for it right now, pain as soon as I got up 😢

Oh no! Helps when there's some eye candy to be had though 😉😉!!

Hope they get it sorted for you this afternoon 😊

Did you don the pink wellies?? I did some gardening Sunday only tidying bits up whilst hubby was on the roof repointing the ridge tiles so had to be on hand to foot the ladder (got told off for going inside the day before whilst he was up there and didn't hear him calling out!! Oops!! 🤭) It wasnt like I was chopping branches down or digging just tidying bits up but boy have I been paying for it since. Got up this morning and chest is still really tight and uncomfortable - thought doing a bit of exercise was meant to help?!!

Hope you're enjoying a change of scene xx

Oh drat, so sorry to hear you have pain this morning.

Hope it is easing off and doesn't require the dreaded oramorph.

It does occur to me that if you have to try the OM it is a good time seeing as you are not alone.

I can't believe you are terrified of the dentist, I too am petrified and have to be practically tied down to stay in the chair !

Weirdly I also have to get something done as I lost two fillings months ago and this week have had really awful toothache.

Using Orajel to cope but needs a dental visit I suppose. I am such a wimp about the dentist tho.

So good luck with the extraction 😬

Will you wear posh shoes for dental appointment ???

Take care

Like lots of people not my favourite place either.

😂😂 why not make the most of it and wear an unused pair, I could go all out and wear a dress but last time I went they gave me some sedation and couldn’t remember much, the dentist said I was talking about sniffing peoples beards !!!!!!! 🥴🤪🤪 hell probably give it to me again to hear what I say next, how embarrassing 🥴🥴

Now that’s funny, sniffing beards😂 I wonder why 😉

It could be that my sisters husband had bought some new beard oil and asked me to see what I thought to it so I sniffed his face, he wondered what on earth I was doing as he meant smell the bottle 😂😂😂

Just trying to clear my mind for tomorrow incase I say something I’ve said on here like.... Wally nut my personal pilot !!!!!!!! X

After 5 months of living with my post and crown being off I have just had it refitted, I had phoned every dentist I could find and no-one would do it. The local dental hospital have done it, I had expected to have it out, but no, they said they can fix it so they did. Best bit was it was free :-)

Poor you, hope all goes well. I lost a filling at beginning of lockdown when Dentists were all closed. Fortunately it didn't hurt. Then I lost ANOTHER filling in July, again didn't hurt and neither was catching on my mouth or tounge. Got appointment late Sept where he found another loose filling, so I have now had a crown fitted and a filling and am awaiting the other filling next month if we are not still locked down, (I'm in Wales my dentist is in England) all at a cost of £700+. On the bright side my teeth are still more or less all my own and I don't have false ones!!.
