This site never fails to amaze me. It’s like having lots of brothers and sisters who
really care about each other. My childhood wasn’t great and to feel how everyone on here really cares is a wonderful feeling. The cats and dogs reviews are all so
lovely. We have a cat and I would dearly love a dog. My husband is not that keen.
I was brought up with dogs and miss having one around. Perhaps you could all
convince him! I love you all and may this site continue forever. I wish you all a
happy Christmas and new year.
Much love from lovefrance.

Congratulations, I'm fairly sure that you're the first to offer the seasons greetings. What you didn't know is that a lot of people who've been hanging around on this site for a while have just been patiently waiting for someone to say Happy Christmas - that is the sign to unleash posts containing Christmas Trees, decorations, dogs in decorations, cats in decorations and a whole lot more.Anyway, glad you like this place, and Happy Christmas to you.
Now - where's my camera, I need to get a picture of my tree posted
Love and best wishes to you and your family (and lovely cat). Wishing you a lovely Christmas and the best New Year ever. We've had cats for as long as I remember!!! Not sure I can convince your husband to add a dog to your family but just keep showing him cute pictures and videos!! xxxx
As you can see on my profile photo, we have 3 labs, 2 are working gundogs, and the 3rd is our pet x all live in the house and we have 2 cats x I'd rather have dogs than cats 😉
Dogs have been my life since 1963; very heavily involved, dog shows, judging at Crufts, breeding dogs, Breed Club committee and editor. After becoming disabled 30 years ago my husband took over the exercise side so when he reached 70 he decided no more dogs. Thankfully a friend offered us a 4 year old- I knew we couldn't cope with a puppy so I managed to persuade him that I could take her out on my mobility scooter. That made 3 dogs although we have since lost two. It never happened. He walked her once and fell in love. He's out with her right now in the rain. Whether there will be another I don't know but I can't imagine life without one. She gave me a reason to keep going after a heart attack. She even helps me cook. I Put a pan of water on to boil yesterday but had to go away and sit down. She was at the kitchen door shouting "Arooooooooo" as soon as it boiled. She's literally been a lifesaver.
How wonderful for you . What a faithful friend you have. They give so muchand don’t ask for anything in return. Sounds as if your husband is well and truly hooked as well.I wish you all well .
That’s such a lovely post, the people on here are amazing, I really don’t think I could have got through these last few months without it very easily, I’ve ranted, cried, had a laugh and hope I’ve helped some people on the way.
These hearties are the best 🤗🤗🤗
Hi to your beautiful cat, a dog would be lovely to help with exercise for your health and cuddles with it will be very calming, do you think that may persuade him or be worried the dog would get more cuddles than him 🤭🤭
I think he would probably be right. He always says Freddie the cat comesfirst, then him, so he would have to take third place! As I said, like you, the
people on this site are amazing and all very caring. I hope you have a great Christmas
