Hi everyone just wanted to see what your thoughts are on this . Yesterday midday I walk with my 86 yr old Mum on my arm about a quarter of a mile across two busy roads and up a slope to flower shop from funeral directors ( as stepdad passed end of August ). On went mask then left shop started to feel mild right earache then bottom right teeth ached followed by tummy ache like pain across under where bra sits . This was painful . I walked back to car and sat down took GTN spray waited five minutes It had eased a bit but still there so sprayed again ( very worried by now ) but it went away thank goodness. Now I do have angina and I am on medication but I have not had many attacks and not had one for a year or so this one was different to any before. Has anyone else had this before .
I am due to go away in two weeks and it has worried me a bit. I did take two senokot tablets that morning not sure if that would bring angina on.
Thank you for reading my post
Best wishes X

I would suggest a call to your GP as people experience a variety of symptoms, more so women. Neck pain and jaw pain are not that uncommon. Mine was always central chest pain and pressure. Good luck!
The emotional stress of a visit to a funeral director, plus the unusual physical strain of holding your body differently to support your mother, could well account for the attack.
But as Michael said, better safe than sorry so where as I wouldn't worry unduly, contacting your GP might still be sensible.
Thank you for replying . I have a back problem and don't do as much walking as I should because of this . This may not have helped. I am testing myself but may speak to heart nurse at surgery . Best wishes
I agree with the other replies, I do get ear and jaw pain with my angina attacks and as long as the second gtn dose took the pain away it most likely was angina.
But since you are worried and especially as you are due to go away a go phone call would be good.
I have been out walking today and will do each day to see if it happens again.
I have been returned back to GP care by Cardiologist who told me if symptoms become more frequent then they will rethink options , medication can be increased as I am on the lowest dose of those or I suppose a stent.
It's been four years this month that I was diagnosed . I may speak to heart nurse at my surgery . Thank you again X
