Ticagrelor well some time ago i asked about coming off this medication ( heart attack and stent fitted, along with over active thyroid since iodine and stent fit)

Tried to come off them but became unwell so back on and bruises for 3 months, decided to take just one a day did that for 3 weeks, had a doctor appoinment over the phone Dr said it was a good idea, now only taking very other day as per Dr advise. Touch wood all going well so far.

I was on Ticagrelor for 12 months after my heart attack, no side effects except bruising very heavily. Completed my 12 months at the end of last year. Normally most people only do a 12 month course of this medicine, although treatment can continue for up to 3 years.
