Lovely day ๐Ÿ˜Š

Sometimes when things are awful and you really arenโ€™t great, a lovely day and making the most of things make the bad days not so bad.

Today I went out with my lovely daughter whoโ€™s 25 weeks pregnant with twins, we had a great time buying the most adorable baby clothes.

My legs and feet were really swollen, breathless and chest ache and heavy, took my spray to ease things.

I really didnโ€™t feel well at all but it was sooooo worth it to have such a special memory with my daughter ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—

Yes we do ๐Ÿ˜Š

My mum had cardiomyopathy but donโ€™t know which sort and her mum before that.

I have a different condition.

I also have a beautiful dog, she means so much, never judges and always loves everyone, certainly picks up if youโ€™re feeling unwell.

Sheโ€™s a cocker spaniel but weโ€™ve always had Labradors before.

A nice memory for you to keep in this year of trial and trauma, lets hope the rest of the year brings more times to share with our loved ones making more memories. Hope your daughter and the twins are thriving. take care.

That sounds a perfect day to me too, what treasured memories you've made. What lovely memories for your daughter as well. I love your positive attitude and hope you're feeling better today. How lucky to be able to share this incredible time with your daughter. Big hugs. Xx

I agree

Sometimes it would be easy to stay under the duvet, sit still and just manage through the day. But look what you wouldโ€™ve missed out on!! Keep making memories and making the most of feel good days

I am so lucky I seem so far to be recovering really well, I do hope you recover well too and get strong so you can bounce those twins on your knees!!!

Have a lovely day x

What a lovely memory. I found writing positive and lovely things down makes for good reading when times are not so jolly. All the memories come flooding back!!! We hope you're feeling much better today. Not too long before the little ones arrive!!!

Take good care of yourself and love to all your family (and your lovely cocker spaniel) xxxx
