Hello ChadResse
Your story seems familiar have posted previously asking the same question using a different profile?
I suggest you speak to your GP about how you are feeling?
They maybe able to suggest some ideas and strategies to help you with your anxieties about your health .
I hope you feel more at ease soon.
There is a therapy called CBT which helped a friend's wife after she became anxious and depressed after losing both parents within weeks of each other. Why do you think you have these diseases? Are you referring Google? Are you getting any exercise? A ten minute walk twice a day would be helpful.
Hello again Chase, I am so sorry to see you are once again so anxious. Read through the replies you got when you posted as Ramekins and under the three other names - is there any thing that helped you in those answers? There are lots of good suggestions there. When you post in the Anxiety and Depression forum is there anything in there that has helped you? Try to follow up something that has helped you. Go again to your primary care doctor and tell him/her how often you post and need help to come to terms with how you feel. Your fears are very real to you and you need someone to work through them with you over a length of time. You are self aware so you've already made the first step forward -best wishes as you move forward with your physician's help.
Hi I had a PDA operation when I was 3 years old, I'm 57 now. My mother had PDA operation in her 20s she is now 86 and a very fit 86 year old. PDA shouldn't be anything to worry about. It seems aniexty is your main problem and there are ways to help you manage that as others have mentioned. There are also online apps, like Headspace, that can help. Please don't worry about PDA, as your doctor said, it is not anything that should cause worry.
