Hi, I had a heart attack 2 & a half years ago and had stents fitted but was then diagnosed with Heart Failure disease. With what is happening at the moment I'm putting myself and my husband into the high risk category as I'm 61 & hubby is 66 & he suffers from COPD, we live with our daughter, son in law & two grandchildren aged 5 & 10 yrs, we want to know if it's ok for us still to go out walking our dog, luckily we live in a small village and have lots of walks across fields that we use, I think I'll go stir crazy if I have to stay inside for 12 weeks as I also suffer with severe depression. Anyones thoughts much appreciated. Stay safe everyone and hopefully we will all get through this.

All the information is online but yes you can still go for walks just keep your distance if you meet anyone.
Yes going for a walk in the countryside is definitely recommended as long as you stay 6 feet away from other people
I walk my dog every day cos like you I live in a village with plenty of deserted countryside walks. It`ll do you good to get out.
