Get a treadmill, then you're always going forward, which is what we should all do. ☺

There is some good meditation and relaxation stuff on you tube, I've just been doing bits in my little garden and feeding the birds, I'm going to collect my medication today and get a few supplies, clocks go forward this weekend pity it's only an hour and not 3 month's
