The best advice in such a recent diagnosis is only going to come from the medic who diagnosed and treated you.

I think you would be classed as vulnerable. As for self isolation, you only need to do this if you have symptoms of covid-19 but you should practice social distancing - so avoid crowds and getting too close to people (I think too close is defined as 1.5 m)
Hi there. I'm also sensitive to viruses reaching the heart. I was lucky to have an appointment with a cardiologist before coronavirus started getting more serious in the UK. They did advise that I am high risk and should try to stay at home as much as I can without panicking or anything, just being a bit more careful than 'normal' people. I am choosing to isolate myself as much as possible, have got things to keep me entartained, I work from home, and talk to my loved ones every day over the phone. Eventually I will have to go out and shop for food but overall I am cautious. This shall pass.
