Hi everyone,

We've updated our information page on coronavirus, if you have concerns about your risk or you're not sure what to do, please take a look: bhf.org.uk/informationsuppo...

We've also created a pinned post with useful links to current government information: healthunlocked.com/bhf/post...

We would recommend that everybody closely follows the advice provided on the NHS and Government webpages, as they are updating this information daily.

I’m a heart patient, am I at increased risk of Covid-19?

The majority of people diagnosed with coronavirus make a full recovery. While it is normal to feel anxious about how this condition might affect you, the good news is we know that you are at no greater risk of developing it than anyone else and you may reduce your risk further if you follow the advice provided by the NHS.

If you’d like further support and advice about your heart condition, you can call our Heart Helpline on 0300 330 3311 or email hearthelpline@bhf.org.uk, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Thanks everyone.
