diastolic dysfunction grade 1

Had a few heart attacks last year January.... spent some time in hospital over the xmas period. Was blue lighted to bristol from Swindon hospital last monday as ecg was showing abnormal readings. Taken in to ccu where test where done thankfully it was not another heart attack. Sent for ct scan and a echocardiogram. Once the doctor came round they said I have now got diastolic dysfunction grade 1. On top of the part of the heart muscle that is not working any one no what this does as they did not say alot.
