Hi everyone does anyone know if I can still have mri heart scan because I have numerous pins in teeth and recently clip inside breast thanks

Breast clips should be fine. I'm not sure what pins in the teeth are

Your mri tech should review a checklist with you. You can also check with your breast center and your dentist or your GP.

Hi Yasyass

Before each of my MRI's I was sent a checklist by the department with my appointment letter.

I was given a contact number and I was able to speak to a member of staff about my MRI scan arrangements.

I suggest you ring the contact number given on your appointment letter.

The scanning department staff will be able to answer your questions

Thanks for ur reply I did ph them and went it for mri they were nice and explained everything but I still panicked but carried on with it I just hoping for the best and results will be ok
