Have you had a recent eye test? If not it is probably worth going as there may an underlying issue. If I use my PC a lot my eyes do get dry and my shemist sold me some drops that really freshen them up.

They are called Gel Tears. I got them from Lloyds Pharmacy as they are near the GP. They are pharmacy only so you will be asked a few questions first.

Hi, I have Hylo-Forte eye drops prescribed by the Consultant but you can get them at the chemist, make sure anything you get is preservative free.

If it doesn’t improve ask for a referral to a Consultant eye guy, eyes are precious.

Nanaboys you can buy Refresh Lacrilube at the chemist. It is a tube of bland eye lubricant used specifically for eye dryness at night. Pull the bottom lid down and put about about 3mm of ointment in the pocket right before you go to sleep every night. The eyes may be a bit sticky in the AM from the Ointment. Use lubricant drops such as Refresh or Hyloforte when you first wake. You may be able to get a prescription for your optometrist or GP to cut the cost.
