tiredness and ticking

hi all nearly 2 years now since avr mechanical aortic valve fitted and i still cant get 2 grips with the ticking as sumtimes its louder and quicker 4 no reason any1 else know why its louder sum days and quicker.also the last 2 months i e been getting really tired and everyday i need a nap about 4 o clock everyday day just feel like ive just been hit by a bus any advice welcome thanks

Oh dear, the ticking must get you down at times. i’m afraid I can’t offer any solutions, only sympathy. Perhaps a call to the BHF helpline would be beneficial?

thanks shar i think that is wot i will do 2night im ticking so loud even my misis who has earing peoblems cab hear me
