Hi everyone

I am new to this today, I had a Pacemaker fitted in DEC17 for SSS and overall since that I have been fit and well. I exercise 4/5 times a week and work full time , but last week I was on my day off and had sudden onset of chest pain which I had never felt before to the degree I clenched my chest . The day prior I had a ache in my left shoulder area all day....so I contact 111 who rang an ambulance which I reluctantly went into A & E I was given asprin and GTN which helped with the chest pain.

I did not get a clear diagnosis from hospital but was in resus for 13 hrs my GP contacted me asking to see me and prescribed GTN/Asprin . I just feel so tired and breathless is this usual after an angina episode as its nearly a week on.

Many thanks for any suggestions/experiences that people have felt like me after

Hi. Thank you for reply.

I contacted pacemaker clinic who said they did not think it’s related to the electrics of the heart x

Hi. No they said my bloods were within range and just left me really. They wrote to my GP who requested to see me urgently on sat morn and she said she had read what hospital wrote then prescribed the Gtn. She’s referred me back to cardiologist and hosp requested angiogram
