Could be the meds (but you didn’t say what you are on so hard to say). Could be the heat - it makes everything just that bit more energy sapping. Could be low blood sugar levels (you said you are eating less). Are you drinking enough - being dehydrated will do this as well. If it persists and you cannot resolve it through diet etc, then go and see your GP.
Hi Rob as others have said could be meds diet heat. Certainly Bisoprolol makes me tired and I’m on the lowest dose! The heat certainly isn’t helping at all and some days in the worst heat I take to lying down with all doors and windows open with a hot water bottle filled with cold water and kept in the freezer! As to the diet I keep a protein drink available when I can’t be bothered to eat that and raw oats!(vegan!). I have had the protein drink checked by a dietitian because of additional supplements within it. Stay strong. Zena
That sounds to me like ur heart condition isn’t cool. I’ve had it before and was in the same meds than before I got really tired after my heart condition improved I got back to normal but I’m back really tired as my heart condition isn’t cool even though my meds have increased. The getting energy later on in the day is normal with a heart condition.
Rob6868 , drink more water . What meds do you take? Get a BP check from pharmacy , it might be CAD but only Drs and Tech will be able to assess that. Often it’s meds but in the heat an extra glass of water an hour is good.
Similar to mine. 97% blocked LAD. Stent followed by periods of Angina and fatigue. Someone said it’s post procedure fatigue and maybe that’s the case. I now enjoy my naps! Even at work have nipped out to car for 20 min nap .i am sure it will get better and good luck
Are you on anti-anginal drugs, like isosorbide mononitrate? Last summer was I was undergoing endless tests I really struggled in hot days - fortunately there were far less than this year I found it best then to avoid the hottest part of the day.
