Hi,well I read it was good for electrical activity of the heart and I was diagnosed with ventricular ectopic beats. Quite frankly I really don't know where to turn. Seen so many docs these past 2 weeks all with different advice. Doesn't help my stress levels. Glad I've found this site

I don't think you should take any supplements without your doctors say so the heart meds are so complex that it could interfere with any of them .If your gp thought you needed it they would have prescribed it

Thank you Neville,wise words and I won't take anymore. Although when I told my doctor she just said ok. I think there are so many different thoughts out there. Also decided to leave out my breakfast banana,as I take this with my tablets. I'm at the beginning of this journey to manage my high blood pressure so learning as I go. Really good to know people are out there to help😃
