Noise in ears

Hello hope all are well.

Recently upped by bisoprolol to 2.5mg. Ever since when lying down or sitting I get a sensation in my mainly right ear. It sounds and feels like the noise a steam train makes! It doesn't happen all the time.

Anyone else come across this sensation. Thanks in advance

Yes I do also I am on 5mg per day it's just in right ear ..

Hi first he referred me to audiologist who tried me on hearing aids as thought and still could be pulsating tinnitus but two years later was a bit concerned on the wooshing sounds to heart beat which can be quite loud and have referred me to ENT on recommendation from audiologist where i have an appointment in august..
