1 year on!

I just thought I would share I am one year on a heart attack, 2 cardiac arrests and 1 stent. I couldn't see this far on this time last year I'm now 36 years old. Some days are still very hard ( I have 3 children) some are nearly normal. I read the posts on here every day which have been a massive help and reassurance. Xxxx

Thank you. Like I said I read the posts everyday just felt I should say what I said as the last year has been very challenging but i am now feeling more positive and ready to carry on with my life xxx

Keep positive ! Your thoughts and worries are perfectly normal! I was in hospital recently for the 4th time. Be reassured, the care and treatment is fantastic....we're all in this together !!

Many thanks for your post. I'm 44 and had a heart attack (and stent inserted) end of January, so I'm at the start of my recovery and still 'fairly bewildered'. (I have 2 teenage children so days vary). Congratulations on your first 'anniversary'.
