Just reading my latest 24 hr ECG " This 71 year old Gentleman ( No Charming or Pleasant ) Has Sinus Rhythm throughout with 54 periods of Nocturnal Bradycardia which was non-sustained with a Heart Rate ranging from 44 - 84 BPM ( 1 minute averages ) with a mean Heart Rate of 59 BPM. There was one Nocturnal Pause of 3 Seconds. There was Occasional episodes of ventricular ectopic and very frequent supraventricular ectopic beats..
These results suggest the patient is perhaps marginally over beta-blocked and Bisoprolol should be reduced down from 10mg to 7.5mg. I have a further 24 hr tape in a fortnights time to see the effect of reducing the Bisoprolol. Anyone else had a similar report ?
ps I do have moderate Left Ventricular Systolic Dysfunction

Sorry, Prada, I can't help on the ECG front, but what have you done to upset them so much that they're not calling you pleasant or charming?! (I'm sure the report is from an electrophysician, rather than a consultant, so they don't know the "code words")
