Had a wonderful walk accompanied by my 2 grandchildren yesterday. They even showed me how to take my first selfie🤣feeling very blessed and humbled to have been able to spend precious time with loved ones this past year. Here’s to many more❤️shiona

Can I borrow those lovely smiling grandchildren. Children really do a make a difference to aid recovery especially the ones you hand back at the end of the day so you can recharge your batteries for the next adventure.

Hi I am 4 months post heart attack and one stent. Before my heart attack we had booked a holiday of a lifetime with my family inc our 4 grandchildren. We go in 8 weeks to Florida. My youngest granddaughter who is 7 now, said to my husband please don't let nanny die as I don't want her to come to Florida as a ghost.

They are my world and I am trying my best not to let that happen.
