Have not taken part in this for almost a year, for various reasons. But have come to terms with limitations, and realise that it is a lonely place f you try to do things on your own.
Have had a shock with regard to fluid intake; I am restricted to 1.5 litres daily and became blase' about it. Need to count in fluid content of all food intake too.

Alcohol while on Beta blockers..?
Out of breath while walking
Been back in hospital 
Terrible coughing while waiting for an aortic valve replacement
