Get a good one that covers treatment for heart matters and discuss matter with family doctor who knows her far better than anyone here
I just booked travel insurance (worldwide) with Insurancewith. Their declaration of medical conditions seemed much more comprehensive than other insurers. Staff in their call centre were also very good. Not the cheapest but I would rather pay and get good coverage.
Is it wise to go. Long flights. We have trouble getting insurance. Will tick to cruises probably. Lot less taxing on the heart.
