I've loved being part of this community the past year and thank you to everyone who has been posting, responding and just generally keeping the community ticking over - there's quite a few more of you than this time last year!

Thank you Helen and to all at BHF for all the invaluable help and information you give us. When I was diagnosed with Heart Failure I was given the BHF folder, a bunch of medication and left to get on with it. The handbook and then this forum have been an invaluable source of knowledge and help. Thank you so much and a Merry Christmas to all the BHF staff and volunteers.

Rather than repeat what has gone before I would like to Wish Everyone An Extremely Healthy 2019!

Also be wary of overdoing the food and drink over the holiday (for most) period as pushing it could cause a cardiac event!
