I’d just like to take this opportunity to wish all my hearties a very merry Christmas and a healthier happy 2019.i personally have been on a roller coaster of a ride this year after heart attack in February and don’t think I’d have recovered as well without all my friends on this fab wee site. Also everyone at BHF for they’re unwavering dedication in helping us come to terms during our recoveries. Truly heart angels every one. I’ll sign off now as I’m getting emotional writing this. Here’s to continued improving health my friends. Merry Christmas ❤️❤️
