Side effects from prasugrel

Hi all, just a quick question on Prasugrel or efient. Does anyone here have any side effects from taking it? Many thanks all

Hi Ian

I take Clopidogrel which is another version I believe and I take 75mg once a day

One of the side effects I get is feeling a little breathless. Certainly not gasping breathless but more like on a plane at 40,000 feet and can’t quite get enough oxygen breathless if that makes sense

I had it with Tricagleor also but was switched to Clopidogrel

Not sure if that helps at all

Ok doesn’t sound that great. I’m on 10mg efient and get really fatigued. But it doesn’t help being on Bisoprolol also which can have the same effect.

I am on the same drug feel great was on Clopidogrel that put me in bed I was house bound now I am the same drug as you feel great started the gym a month ago I am 70 years old in January I take it with Aspirin and also pantoprasol an antacid to protect my stomach

That’s fantastic I also take aspirin and Bisoprolol and ramipril and lansopzole. I tend to feel quite fatigued. But could be any of the tablets as I seem to have side effects to most tablets

If I take lantsoprosol twice a day I feal ill so I just take one a day at night
