hi i had my first cardiac episode in 2009 aged 38 have had 3 others since with my troponin levels hitting 85 my blood pressure is uncontolled despite 9 diff meds my most recent numbers have averaged 185/120 i gave up my job on medical advice in dec 2016 .i have regular bouts of palpitations and feel like im just waiting for next attack to happen.the gp said when bp goes up over 200 which it does im supposed to go to hos but when i get there theres nothing they can do .. does this all ever end im only 46
