Great news saw. My cardiologist today since my nsemni in June with one stent put in My heart was in good health he was so pleased. At the progress. I made with doing my cardio and relaxation mindfulness And the fact I’m on the lowest doses of meds ie only 25mg metropolis twice a day low does statin he discharged me there and then but as s Gabor cuz I work there and only for my Benicia going to do a l v f test to see if it’s gone up it was st 50 After NSTEMI I am so pleased maybe now I can get back to normal so happy so guys do t give up think the mind is a powerful tool

Great news! I am so pleased. Seeing my cardiologist soon so hope all good for me too. Did they do any tests like ecg, troop levels etc?

No there was no need just reassured me from all the previous test he fact I eat. Healthie work out most days doing cardio ect My heart is good no reason why I should have another. The first was very mild he was nice because he is s fellow beiliver made. Me feel St peace I hope and orsy h heft a good result also the mind is the a powerful tool
