ABLATION UPDATE 5 months After

Hi everyone

Thought I would post an update it been 5 months nearly 6 since I had my ablation and feeling pretty good.

I’m now a non drinker I waited till after my follow up appointment with my cardiologist before I allowed myself a glass of wine. Boy was I looking forward to that wine but after only a few sips I felt my ablation pace match points fire up and decided to give it up for good.

My only problem has been blood pressure I managed to keep it under control myself for 4 months. But eventually ended up on tablets and have settled with them all is ok back to normal and enjoying it.

Advice

Don’t drink alcohol or caffeine, chocolate drink plenty of fluids rest loads at first and don’t over do it when you start to feel better. Walk as much as possible.
